BPV11 Series PhototransistorsThe BPV11 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a family of silicon NPN phototransistors. They come in standard 5mm (T-1 3/4) packages with either a clear or black plastic package. The black packages offer a daylight blocking filter for ambient visible light.
