Description Of Change
An improvement is being made to the startup circuitry design. In addition, the AD7682/AD7689/AD7949 datasheets have been revised to reflect the improved
performance as outlined in the attached.
Reason For Change
To improve the power up sequencing (which now removes a stipulation the CNV pin must be held LOW at power up) along with improvements to the gain,
offset and other specifications.
Impact of the change (positive or negative) on fit, form, function & reliability
Aside from the increased offset match and gain error match (from 2LSBs to 4LSBs), the new material will meet or exceed the performance of the existing
material. There will be no negative impact to form, fit, function and reliability.
