Effectivity Date: 29-May-2013 (the earliest date that a customer could expect to receive changed material)
Revision Description:
Add date code of changeover for ADE7753 product
Add additional info for changeover of ADE7763 product
Description Of Change
Metal mask revision for ADE7753 and ADE7763 at ADI Limerick, Ireland (ADLK) wafer fab location.
Reason For Change
To improve manufacturability of the ADE7753 and ADE7763.
Impact of the change (positive or negative) on fit, form, function & reliability
There will be no impact on the fit, form, funcion & reliability of the ADE7753 and ADE7763.
Product Identification (this section will describe how to identify the changed material)
ADE7753 – All material with date code 1320 and later will contain the above changes.
ADE7763 – All material with date code 1250 and later will contain the above changes
However for material of both ADE7753 and ADE7763, with date code 1249, ADI can, if required, confirm exact material via Lot ID numbers
marked on the device.
Summary of Supporting Information
Qualification has been performed per ADI0012, Procedure for Qualification of New or Revised Processes. See attached Qualification Report
