The global growth of the demand on Microcontroller requires an expansion of test capacity for the
above listed products. The new site is ATP Philippines (Amkor Technology Philippines). This
change only applies to the test location for Industrial grade products. No change on the assembly
process location.
Identification Method to Distinguish Change:
Date Code 1340 and beyond.
Comparative results on the lot ran both in ATP and ACP. All information was properly recorded
and kept in our internal manufacturing documentation.
