Chip resistors backend capacity expansion

DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE: A new plant is set up in Huizhou, China, to expand backend capacity for taping

and measuring chip resistors. Raw materials and production processes remain unaffected by this change.

There will be no change in product specification, product quality or part number.

CLASSIFICATION OF CHANGE: Assembly site

REASON FOR CHANGE: To meet increasing demand of chip resistors and to maintain short lead times,

additional backend capacity will be installed in a new plant.
