Additional assembly site for TO-220 Fullpak FET products.
Description of Change:
Chinese subcontractor will be the alternate assembly site for the part numbers identified in the
following table. As a result of this change, the Bill of Materials will change as follows:
Die attach solder: From Sn/Ag/Sb to Pb/Sn.
Reason for the Change:
Additional assembly capacity.
