5. Reason / motivation for change
5.1 Motivation Existing 6” diffusion line in CT6 Fab is going to be fully devoted to different technologies by the
end of year 2019. Existing products in the above technologies
(ref. IMPACTED PRODUCTS) have been previously dual sourced, transferred to other ST
diffusion sites or terminated as per different customer notifications issued
during last years. This Information Letter is just to inform CT6 is no longer available for above
mentioned technologies and related products
