Integrated Class D modules
Infineon’s high speed PWM integrated amplifiers oer built-in optimzed power MOSFETs alongside the error amplifier, PWM
controller gate driver and protection circuitry in a single package. The IR43xx series od integrated power modules enable a
reduction in component count allowing board savings of up to 70% compared to a traditional discrete solution.
These devices enable designers to build amplifiers for typical music playback applications eliminating the need for a mechan-
ical heatsink while achieveing outstanding performance figures such as THD+N as low as 0.02%. High noise immunity features
ensure relaible operation in a variety of environmental conditions. These devices are available in a compact and thermally
eicient PQFN packages measuring 5 mm x 6 mm and 7 mm x 7mm.
