TPS22965x 5.7-V, 6-A, 16-mΩ On-Resistance Load Switch
1 Features 3 Description
The TPS22965x is a single channel load switch that

provides configurable rise time to minimize inrush
• Input Voltage Range: 0.8 V to 5.7 V

• Configurable Rise Time
dissipation. The device is characterized for operation
• Quick Output Discharge (QOD) (TPS22965 Only)
over the free-air temperature range of –40°C to
105°C.
